Long term relationships. We work hard to maintain good relationships with our carriers and our customers. We have many 25+ year accounts in our agency and several 50+ year accounts. The reason is because we work hard to provide excellent customer service. Many competitors are highly focused on growth of new business. We are more concerned with finding well run businesses, creating lasting relationships, and helping them with their insurance programs.
